  • Buccal

Buccal Massage is an intra oral massage that kneads the inside and outside of your mouth and jaw area. Don’t worry, Alexandra will be wearing gloves during the process. This may not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of places to receive a massage, but it’s great for de-stressing, relieving tension around the mouth and jaw area while aiding in de-puffing, and assisting blood flow promoting a contoured, youthful-glow.

  • Facial Cupping

Facial cupping has been shown to: increase oxygen-rich blood circulation, strengthen skin and connective tissues, stimulate cells responsible for collagen production, relax muscle tension. Because of this, the practice is said to: brighten skin, minimize the appearance of scars, fine lines, and wrinkles, tone chin, jawline, neck, and décolletage, decrease puffiness, regulate oil production, improve nutrient delivery and product absorption. Perfect before a night out or special occasion.

  • Honey Tapping

Honey tapping strengthens the lymph system and connective tissue for firmer, plumper skin. Honey lends the added benefits of hydration and promotes lymphatic drainage. In addition, your skin experiences the natural antibacterial and healing properties of the honey. A holistic alternative to extractions.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system is an important part of the immune system and has many functions, including protecting the body from illness, maintaining body fluid levels, absorbing digestive tract fats and removing cellular waste. It is responsible for removing cellular waste that can not be absorbed into capillaries, creating antibodies and purifying waste as it is removed from the body. This removal of waste facilitates the flow of nutrients to the skin.

  • Sound Healing

Stress and trauma keep our bodies in fight-or-flight mode, which causes the body to shut down, unable to heal itself. Sound healing is one of Alexandra’s techniques where she plays sound healing instruments around your body that activates healing. Instruments could include crystal singing bowls, koshi or kenari chimes, ocean or steel tongue drum, gongs, and more.

  • Cranial Massage

The relaxing and invigorating effects of a head massage can help clear the mind, improve mental focus, and enhance concentration. It also helps alleviate headaches and migraines by increasing blood circulation, reducing muscle tension, and promoting the release of endorphins, natural painkillers in the body. Massaging the scalp also increases oil production and stimulates the hair follicles, promoting healthy hair growth, and enhancing the condition of the scalp. Take your cranial massage a step further and request warm scalp oil!

  • Guided meditation

Suffer from racing thoughts when you’re trying to relax? Allow Alexandra to guide your experience from the start, soothing you straight into relaxation. Alexandra can customize your meditation to focus on your goals.

  • Herbal Poultice

Alexandra hand makes herbal poultices that she heats and uses on your back, neck, and chest. Facial herbal poultices are also available. Herbs are full of compounds that can be used to treat the skin while curating a unique sensorial experience, relaxing and relieving stress. The poultice is yours to take home at the end of the session, it stays good in the fridge for up to a week and you can reheat and use it several times. Take it in the shower or bath with you and apply it to sore muscles or leave it on your chest for soothing aromatherapy.
